The first release of whiskey distilled at the Teeling distillery. This Single Pot Still is crafted using a recipe of 50%, unmalted spring barley and 50% malted barley. Triple distilled and matured ina combination of virgin oak, ex-wine and, ex-bourbon barrels.
, Nose: Hibiscus flowers, honeycomb, white grape flesh, grapefruit andcitrus.
, Taste: Lychees, return of white grapes, white pepper with warm, roasted peaches and baked biscuits.
, Finish: Dryfinish, hints of spice, roasted almonds and maplesugar.
