- Select the Penfolds wine/wines you would like to order before Thursday 26th October and pay on day of purchase. Please note that this order can only contain wine from the online Penfolds Pre-Order Exclusive Release selection and may not include any other products.
- You will receive a confirmation email and receipt for your order.
- Orders are expected to be dispatched on or before the 30th of November 2023. When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Returns
We do not manage the stock at our warehouse or factory. The actual inventory may fluctuate at any time. Please be aware it's possible your order could be unable to fill when you have placed the order.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you don't receive the product within 30 days, we're unable to offer the option of a refund or exchange.
In order to be eligible for a refund, your product must be unopened and in the same condition as you received it in. It should also be in its original packaging.
