The Negroni is one of the most popular Italian cocktails, usually drunk as an apéritif. Tradition dates the birth of this cocktail to Florence in 1919 and was a favourite of Orson Welles when he worked in Rome.
This cocktail set contains:
1x 70cl Bombay Sapphire gin
1x 70cl Martini Rosso Vermouth
1x 70cl Campari
Bombay Negroni Recipe:
Ingredients:
– 25ml Bombay Sapphire
– 25ml Martini Rosso
– 25ml Campari
Method:
Pour the 3 ingredients into a mixing glass with plenty of ice and stir (traditionally a Negroni is not shaken) until the outside of the glass is cold.
Strain into a tumbler containing 2 large ice cubes and garnish with an orange peel or slice of fresh orange.
