Benchmark No 8 is a smooth and approachable bourbon from the historic Buffalo Trace distillery in Kentucky. Lighter on the spiciness than some bourbons, it’s aromatic and sweet with soft notes of leather, tobacco and dried cherries. A fantastic option for cocktails, it’s also a great introduction to the world of Kentucky bourbons.
